Common questions
What counts as an evaluation?
Each batch submitted to POST /api/evaluate counts as one evaluation, regardless of how many items are in that batch (up to 50 per request).
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrade at any time — you'll be billed the prorated difference. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. No lock-ins.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
On the Free tier, API calls return a 429 when you've used your 100 evaluations. Upgrade to Pro for 10,000/month or contact us for unlimited.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your datasets are never stored beyond the evaluation session, never shared with other customers, and never used to train models. Enterprise customers can request custom data handling agreements.
What are custom rubrics?
Pro and Enterprise customers can define their own scoring criteria — any dimension, any weight, described in natural language. See the
Rubric Configuration docs for examples.
